NO REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATIONS
Once paid, registration fees for "Fish 4 Hope" Men's Outing are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT POLICY
Victory Outreach reserve the right to cancel or postpone "Fish 4 Hope" Men's Outing in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone "Fish 4 Hope" Men's Outing , we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event.

WAIVER, INDEMNITY AND LIABILITY
The Registrant, his/her heirs, dependents, agents, executors or their assignee's hereby irrevocably waive any claims which they may have against Victory Outreach for any form of compensation for damages which they may suffer due to injury and/or loss of any nature whatsoever, which includes accidents caused by the Registrant’s own actions, injuries or demise while on the"Fish 4 Hope" Men's Outing , in a transportation vehicle or at any place during the outing or illness or demise at any time after the"Fish 4 Hope" Men's Outing
